Simy Nwankwo has been receiving offers from top European clubs after an outstanding season with already relegated Italian side Crotone, according to his agent Vicenzo Morabito, Goal.

The Nigerian international scored 20 Serie A goals for his club last season and that has caught the eye of any clubs across Europe.

Simy's agent has now given revealed the situation with the Super Eagles forward who is expected to play at topflight level next season:

Morabito said:

"Simy has a very interesting market in England, there are a least a couple of clubs interested in the Premier league.
"His preference is for foreign countries, eventually we will consider offers from the upper-middle range Serie A clubs.
"Let's see what will happen in the next few weeks."

Simy could not keep his side afloat in the Italian topflight division despite scoring 20 goals but the 29-year-old will be looking to have another season with a new club in Serie A.

The Super Eagles striker last played for the national team at the 2018 World Cup in Russia but he has been invited by Gernot for the June 5, friendly against Cameroon in Austria.
