Former Nigerian international Victor Moses will leave Premier League club, Chelsea, on permanent bases during the forthcoming summer transfer window, Complete Sports reports.

Moses who joined the Blues in 2002 managed 87 appearances for the club where he scored 7 goals.

He has been on loan to seven different clubs including Liverpool, Stoke City, West Ham, Fenerbahce, Inter Milan and Spartak Moscow where he currently plays.

He is billed to complete a permanent deal with the Russian side according to the latest reports from GOAL which claims the club wants him for £4million, should they qualify for the Champions League.

That target was effectively achieved on Monday night with a 2-1 victory over Khimki, leaving a defeat and 10-goal swing on the final day of the campaign as the only way that Spartak will miss out on European football’s premier competition.

The 30-year-old has enjoyed a productive season, contributing three goals and two assists from 18 appearances on either side of the midfield.

"My baby boy Caiyro."

The Spartak Moscow star received pleasantries from his colleagues at Chelsea including assistant coach Paulo Ferreira and Danny Drinkwater.

He has been showered with congratulatory messages on Instagram for his former international and club teammates.

Chelsea centre-back Antonio Rudiger was not left out in celebrating with the former Blues winger as he said:

"Congrats Brother."

Juventus striker on loan from Atletico Madrid Alvaro Morata used an emoji expressing his joyous mood after hearing the news.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Chelsea legend John Obi Mikel has continued to find more ways to excite his lovely daughters after being spotted with two beautiful bicycles.

The 34-year-old midfielder whose current deal with Stoke City expires at the end of this season is currently with his family enjoying the pre-summer holidays.

Although the Nigeria international is unsure what the future holds for him, he is however unfazed with that challenge as he hopes to make every moment with his family count.
