Super Eagles forward Moses Simon was on Sunday, March 14, the hero for his French club Nantes after netting the brilliant goal which condemned champions Paris Saint-Germain to 2-1 defeat.

Paris Saint-Germain went into this encounter with the target of winning which would have sent them to the top of the League table, but Nigerian star Moses Simon broke their hearts.

Moses Simon who also scored against Reims was handed his 19th league start of the season against Paris Saint-Germain and was impressive.

The Nigerian footballer delivered a five-star performance in the encounter to help the Canaries return to winning ways after a three-game winless run.

However, it was Paris Saint-Germain who scored first in this duel through Julian Draxler in the 42nd minute and Mbappe would have netted the second five minutes later, but he missed.

Randal Kolo Muani restored parity for Nantes in the 59th minute before Nigerian star Moses Simon grabbed the winner in the 71st minute after a good assist from Randal Kolo Muani.

Moses Simon has now scored four goals and provided one assist in 24 league appearances this term for Nantes who are still battling in the relegation zone.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Super Eagles winger Moses Simon expressed his desire and love to play for Premier League side Chelsea claiming that the Blues is his dream club.

Although the Nigerian forward is currently happy at French side Nantes, Moses Simon will not hide the fact that he loves to play for the Stamford Bridge landlords.

He even recently signed a new four-year deal with Nantes which will make him stay at the side until 2024 unless the Blues come for his signing.

And since the age is on his side, Chelsea may be looking for his signature in the future depending on the manager that will be in charge.
