Wife of late NBA superstar Kobe Bryant, Vanessa, has pleaded with the basketball body not to pay tributes to her husband.

Vanessa claims that it will be too painful for her when the whole country pay tribute to her husband and their daughter.

Exactly a year back, the LA Lakers legend, his daughter Gianna along with seven other people perished in a helicopter crash.

The post read:

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa has admitted that she is yet to come to terms with reality regarding the death of her husband and daughter, Gianna.

Kobe, Gianna and seven other people were involved in a helicopter crash on January 26, 2020, while they were travelling to Calabasas, California.

Vanessa posted a heartfelt message on Instagram concerning the death of her 41-year-old husband and 13-year-old daughter.

Legit.ng had also reported when Kobe Bryant was killed in a helicopter crash including his daughter Gianna in an incident that occurred in Calabasas, California, as the basketball world has been thrown into mourning, TMZ Sports reports.

The NBA legend who is the fourth-highest scoring player with 33,655 points just one short of Lebron James, was confirmed dead.

Reports claim the former LA Lakers legend was travelling with four other unidentified people in his private helicopter when the incident happened, and everyone on board lost their lives.
