Jorgino is said to be worth around £57million and Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is reportedly a big fan of the player, who could be seen as an alternative to fellow target Thomas Partey.
Jorginho's Chelsea team-mates N'Golo Kante and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are also at risk of being let go.
It was also gathered that N’Golo Kante is reportedly open to reuniting with his former manager Antonio Conte who is now in charge at Italian giants Inter Milan.
