Jorginho is wanted by French champions Paris Saint Germain with latest reports saying the Ligue 1 giants have established contact with Chelsea over potential loan move for the midfielder.
The 28-year-old Italian has been heaving linked with a departure from the Stamford Bridge club and now PSG are looking at a possibility of getting the player on loan.
Telefoot are reporting that PSG manager Thomas Tuchel is keenly interested in bringing another midfielder to Paris before the transfer window closes on October 5.
However they face stern competition from Premier League club Arsenal who are also on the trail of the former Napoli man.
Jorgino is said to be worth around £57million and Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is reportedly a big fan of the player, who could be seen as an alternative to fellow target Thomas Partey.
Jorginho's Chelsea team-mates N'Golo Kante and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are also at risk of being let go.

It was also gathered that N’Golo Kante is reportedly open to reuniting with his former manager Antonio Conte who is now in charge at Italian giants Inter Milan.
Reports have it that Chelsea are reportedly ready to sell the France international this summer only if the Blues can get the sum of £80million.
The Frenchman is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League considering his superb performances for the Blues and when he was playing for Leicester City.
Conte believes he would be the last piece in the 'jigsaw' of edging Juventus to this season’s Serie A title.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Premier League legend Martin Keown has described Chelsea defence as "a disgrace" following the side's disappointing display against West Bromwich Albion.
