Thomas Partey has the best dribbling stats in the Spanish La Liga ahead of Lionel Messi and the likes.

The Atletico Madrid midfielder has been recently linked with Premier League giants Arsenal and it is understood Mikel Arteta is in search of a defensive midfielder.

Reports also claim that a $43.4million price tag has been placed on the Ghanaian international who has been an influential figure in Diego Simone's squad.
