Veteran sports broadcaster Paul Bassey's son weds heartthrob despite coronavirus

The coronavirus has proven to be a deadly disease but this has not stopped people from doing the things that still make them happy.

Just recently, veteran sports broadcaster, Paul Ekong Bassey’s son, Enoabasi, tied the knot with his heartthrob.

The lovebirds, Enoabasi and Andikan tied the knot on Saturday, March 28, 2020. Friends and well-wishers were hosted at the lovely occasion and the church service took place at Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Wisdom Parish, James Robertson street, Surulere, in Lagos state.

Despite the occasion of love, the guests were said to have not exceeded 50 in line with the government’s directive to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

The groom, Enoabasi, who is based in Canada, had travelled back to Nigeria weeks ahead of the ceremony which was also said to have dignitaries in attendance.

The groom’s father, Elder Paul Ekong Bassey, is the chairman of Akwa United.

Congratulations to the couple on their nuptials.

In other news, reported that Yoruba Nollywood actor, Segun Ogungbe, took to social media to celebrate two of his wives with a heartwarming post on their birthday month.

The actor shared a snap of the ladies posing together for a photo as he celebrated them ahead of their birthdays in the month of April. Ogungbe praised them for the peace and exemplary maturity they have both displayed in the relationship.

He wrote: “Birthdays are once in a year but in my heart I celebrate you both every day for the love shared, the peace, the maturity and the blessings you all carry along as a strong and good woman you have been @atinukeogungbe (12TH APRIL) @omowunmiajiboye(17TH APRIL).
