Reigning Spanish champions Barcelona have been dealt with a big blow following the knee surgery of striker Luis Suarez who will now be out of action for the next four months.
The former Liverpool star has been impressive this season for Barcelona scoring 14 goals in 23 games for the Catalan giants.

And on Sunday, January 12, Luis Suarez underwent an operation on his knee before Barcelona confirmed that he will be out for four months.
This means that the Uruguayan would miss the rest of the season for Barcelona considering the fact that the term will end in May.
"The first team player, Luis Suarez, has been operated by Dr. Ramon Cugat, who used keyhole surgery to resolve an injury to the external meniscus of the right knee by performing a suture.
"The Uruguayan striker will be out for approximately four months,'' Barcelona confirmed in a statement.
The injury will be a big blow for Barcelona because of Luis Suarez's partnership with Lionel Messi upfront at the club this season.
