Chelsea legend John Terry has left the club's supporters in stitches after dropping a hilarious boxing fight between former player Diego Costa and physio Billy McCulloch.

The Englishman played alongside the Spanish national team star when they won the Premier League title at the end of the 2014-15 season.

Costa spent just three seasons at Stamford Bridge winning a total of three titles - two EPL trophies and one English Football League Cup.

However, the striker was much more than a goal-poacher for the Blues during his reign at the London outfit.

He was known for his antics on the pitch and his hilarious jokes/pranks outside of the field of play and one of them was when he faced off with the team physio during one of their preseason tours.

The footage which was released by Aston Villa assistant manager showed how Costa mistakenly landed a punch that saw his opponent hit the floor.

Costa was dressed in the club's blue training kit while the staff member wears an overall with both on boxing gloves for the fight.

The physio staggered while trying to get up and the scenario left the players laughing and when the final bell rang, the pair get a huge round of applause.

According to Daily Star, the Rocky theme tune played in the background as while the pair threw punches at each other.

The publication also reveals that the video has been viewed for well over 400,000 times since it was dropped earlier this week.

Terry spent 19 seasons at Stamford Bridge, with well over 700 appearances - winning 17 major titles, including four Premier League and one Champions League titles.

Legit.ng earlier reported that John Terry, Aston Villa assistant manager, seems to be having a tough time with local parish council over his plans to build a gym in his mansion.

The 39-year-old was appointed Villa deputy boss in October - few days after announcing his retirement from football at the Stadium.

Before hanging his boots, the former central defender helped the club gain promotion to the Premier League in his one year reign as the captain of the Villans.
