Nigerian Professional Football League side Remo Stars charged N5000 from FC Ifeanyi Ubah supporters who wanted to see the Week 28 fixture between both sides at the Gateway International stadium in Sagamu.

The match which was scheduled for Sunday, July 9, was moved to Tuesday after about 10 players of Remo Stars were said to have been poisoned after they had ate semo and egusi soup about 24 hours to the game.
A Sagamu indigene who gave his name as Tolu Osho expressed dissatisfaction and also added that it is one of the reasons he does not go and watch his beloved Remo Stars.
"This is absolute thrash," an FC Ifeanyi Ubah supporter charged. I have been here since Sunday when this game was postponed at the last minute," the fan said.
"I was here till today and lodged in the hotel where I had to part ways with accommodation fee. Now I can't enter the stadium because I don't even have such an amount."

"It is so unfortunate. I don't understand why Remo does this all the time, must they have issues with other teams every time?" he queried.
However the match eventually ended 1-1. After a barren first-half, FC Ifeanyi Ubah opened the score-sheet in the 79th minute after Godwin Obaje capitalised on an error by the hosts' goalkeeper.
Barely three minutes later, Victor Mboama netted from a freekick, a goal which could grab the much coveted VAT Wonder Goal Award. It ended, Remo Stars 1-1 FC Ifeanyi Ubah.
