Aston Villa are on the verge on convincing Chelsea legend John Terry to reject other club offers to sign for them in a deal worth £60,000-week (£3m-a-year).
According to reports from England, the former Chelsea captain is attracted by the prospect of helping Villa win promotion to the Premier League.
Swansea, Bournemouth and West Brom have all spoken to Terry but it seems he will link up with Villa who will give him an extra £2m if he can help lead them win promotion.

His contract will include clauses that will earn him more money depending on the number of games he plays in the Championship next season.
