Renowned Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, took to Twitter yesterday to express his condolences for the late Nigerian singer Mohbad.
In a heartfelt tweet, he called on African artistes to unite and create a tribute song in honour of the departed artist.

Mohbad, whose real name is Ilerioluwa Oladimeji, tragically passed away on September 12, 2023, leaving fans and fellow artistes in shock.

Protest kick off in Abeokuta for Mohbad
Legit.ng earlier reported that some fans of the late singer took to the streets of Abeokuta, Ogun state on his behalf.
Many youths, dressed in black outfits and carrying placards, took over major roads in the state, a week after his death.
Netizens however expressed mixed emotions about the wave of protests about to rock Nigeria.
