Rotimi showers Vanessa Mdee with love
Rotimi and Vanessa started dating in 2019, and in a previous interview, the mother of two said it was love at first sight.
The lovebirds revealed they first met at ESSENCE Festival and, surprisingly, Rotimi actually had another date lined up before he and Mdee crossed paths.
"I actually was there with somebody else, just a weekend friend, but she ended up getting sick. We were supposed to go to this party, and [she said] I don’t want to come. I said, 'okay, it's fine. I'm just going to go for 15 minutes.' I ended up going, and some of my castmates were also there. That's where I ended up meeting [Vanessa.] Fifteen minutes turned into an hour and a half conversation. Nothing else mattered in the room," Rotimi said in a previous interview with Essence.com.

On June 8, Vanessa turned 35, and Rotimi pampered her with love on her special day.
The Love Somebody hitmaker described his Tanzanian fiancée as a great mother and incredible partner.
"To a living legend, my best friend, a prayer warrior, the most beautiful woman, an incredible mother, and my partner. I love you so much. This journey with you has been a blessing from God. I'm so grateful to have you. You saved my life, and I’m forever here with you. Happy birthday mama Imani ," he wrote.
Responding to her man's message, Vanessa said:
Now I'm crying. So blessed. I love you, my baby. ."
Fans of the Tanzanian songstress joined her husband in celebrating her birthday with sweet messages.
Rotimi and Tiwa Savage reveal they are related by blood
Rotimi linked up with Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage, and it came with an unknown revelation.
In a video he shared on his Instagram page, Rotimi revealed Tiwa is his Blood cousin as he added that they have been holding the information secret for a long time.
“Listen, I got a surprise mehn. Y’all never guess who my actual blood cousin is. You’ve got to paint this beautiful queen right now,” Rotimi said in the video.
