Top female entrepreneurs in Lagos are set to know how popular they are with their audience, and the most popular or most loved will be the winner and take home the highly coveted Lagos Female Entrepreneur Awards, LAFE, set to hold in December, in Lagos.

LAFE is an award event set up to promote and celebrate female entrepreneurs in Lagos, who founded and have succeeded in their various businesses, making them a case study to be emulated by upcoming entrepreneurs.

The aim as always is to encourage entrepreneurship, which is the objective of Ikeanumba Africa Magazine, a magazine that promotes the idea of ensuring economic development, through decent afro-capitalism.

Among the nominees are Linda Ikeji, a seasoned blogger who has now ventured into movie-making, Mo Abudu, media mogul and CEO of Ebony Life Media, Tara Fela Durotoye is a beauty expert and owner of House of Tara International, Deola Ade-Ojo of House of Deola. Others include female entrepreneurship giants and big names in the industry, such as Bilikiss Abiola, Olamide Orekunrin, Adenike Ogunlesi, Stephanie Obi, Kofo Akinkugbe, Olajumoke Adenowo, Funmilayo Babington-Ashaye.

This battle can easily be called the biggest battle for the Lagos Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
