APC, LB Members, Including Mimiko's Ex-Aides, Decamp To PDP

Yesterday several the Labour Party members along with the the All Progressives Congress (APC) members joined the the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

It was gathered that several former political appointees and party executives from the Labour Party, LP, in Ondo State and the APC dumped their parties in favor of the PDP.

This became known during a rally in Ondo, home town of Governor Olusegun Mimiko. Some of Dr Mimiko’s former appointees included immediate past chairman of Ondo West local government, Mr Aro Benard, and former special assistant during his first term in office.

The former aides were led by Messrs Adewale Williams and Fred Ojo while about 50 APC members were led by the leader of the party in the local government, Mr. Valentine Ikusika.
