That is my immediate mandate. We are not small boys. We know what to do,” he said.

It would be recalled that on Thursday, July 24, the former NFF president, Aminu Maigari, was impeached over financial misappropriation, misapplication and maladministration.
Meanwhile, the NFF is believed to be so politicised that some top government officials call the shots, a development which made the apex football ranking body, FIFA on July 9, 2014, suspend the NFF with immediate effect, on account of government interference.
