Reckless Father Allegedly Hid Heroin In 8-Month-Old Son's Diaper

A 25-year-old man is accused of trying to hide heroin in his baby's diaper while police arrested him on charges of shoplifting.
According to the reports, at the time of arrest, Michael Penn was carrying his 8-month-old son and 5-year-old daughter. The accused was confronted by police in New Castle, USA, on Tuesday over an incident in June, when he allegedly stole items from a store.
It was gathered that after officers asked Penn to put the kids down, they spotted him sliding something into the boy's diaper.
When the police searched the diaper, they found 16 bags of heroin marked with names such as "Death" and "Bioshock."
Now, Penn faces a slew of charges, including endangering the welfare of a child and heroin possession.
