How Fred Ajudua Stole $6 million From Nigeria’s ex-Army Chief, Bamaiyi – EFCC

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC yesterday brought fraudster Fred Ajudua to a Lagos High Court, Ikeja for allegedly defrauding Ishaya Bamaiyi, over 6 Million Dollars.

Mr. Ajudua is being prosecuted for on a 14 count charge for fraud and stealing from the former chief of staff under false pretences.

They deal happened during November 2004 and March 2005 while they were in jail at Kirikiri prison, His accomplices – Alumile Adedeji (also known as Ade Bendel), Mr. Jonathan, Mr. Kenneth, and Princess Hamabon Williams have escaped and the EFCC are still in search for them.

Mr. Bamaiyi then was in jail on charges of attempting to murder Publisher of The Guardian newspaper, Alex Ibru, So Ajudua and his cohorts convinced him that they will guarantee his freedom and he believed them

The judge adjourned till April 8 for the hearing of all pending applications, including the one for bail.‬
