Mama Taraba Visits President-elect, Buhari

 The delegation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Taraba state visits the president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja.

Aisha Alhassan, the governorship candidate from the APC in the state head the group.

The woman, better known as Mama Taraba, has lost in recently concluded general elections.

She was defeated in the election re-run held on 25th of April 2015 and failed to become Nigeria’s 1st female democratically elected Governor.

According to the electoral commission, Mr. Ishiaku scored 360,318 votes while the APC’s candidate, Aisha Al-Hassan, received 275,985 votes.

Nigerians all over the country and specially from Taraba state support Aisha Al-Hassan even now.

Under the post of the president-elect on his Facebook account they said that Mama Taraba should reclaim her mandate.

Aminu Hamisu Yusuf, who is from Kano and now studying at Taraba state university, said: “We the Tarabians want our stolen mandate back, its clear to everyone that PDP under the instrumentality of T.Y Danjuma rigged the just concluded election to their favour. But knowing that under Gen. Buhari judiciary will get its integrity back, all our hope is on you. Taraba will be great Inshaa Allah.

Mama Taraba we will head for tribunal,” added Fowosere Wizzy.

Tk Mohammed Hassan asked Buhari to help APC candidate: “Your excellence hope you will help her to regain her stolen mandate from PDP, you know them better then anyone in Nigeria no need to tell you about PDP who they're and what there are doing. Wishing you all the best your excellence.”

Ilyas Alkalee Sanusi, the student from Taraba, said: “We Tarabians still love you mama our governor.''
