The controversial book, 'My Watch' by former Nigerian President, Olusegun Obasanjo was launched in London yesterday, February 11.
The book was launched with the support of Royal African Society.
Though the controversial autobiography was banned from being sold in Nigeria, the former President refused to be deterred as he has taken it to other countries where it will not be banned.
Prior to the launch in London, Obasanjo had launched his widely discussed autobiography, in Kenya, where he openly endorsed the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari, despite being member of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
Speaking at the launch of My Watch in London, Obasanjo said he will assess the presidential candidates and he will vote based on his assessment for who he believes has the best track record to perform the job of the Nigerian president.
