Veteran media personality, Denrele Edun, is counting down to his 40th birthday which is just a few weeks away and he recently took a trip down memory lane.
The celebrity presenter shared a picture which was taken years ago when he clocked the age of 20.
Denrele also accompanied the photo post with a short narration of the harrowing experience he and his mother had to go through on that fateful day.

The media personality explained how members of his household had woken up early that particular day to carry out house chores.
He said he was assigned to clean the gutters outside the house. According to him, while going about his chores, he heard loud voices from the house and it was apparently some other family members attacking his mother.
The young man stated:
"In the process of cleaning out the Gutters, I heard raised voices emanating from the house. 'Witch! B*stard! Go back to your country, you poor foreigner with your children. Wretched Oyinbo!' I already knew my female cousins were at war with my mother but trusting my MFM Prayer Warrior of a Mum, she was one to never back down!"
Denrele recounted how his cousins slapped his little sister and came out in their numbers to launch an attack on him.
The top presenter said the experience was a defining moment for him as he decided to never let anyone take his happiness away.
