Barcelona are reportedly planning to focus their attention on securing Erling Haaland's signature over Lionel Messi's future at the club.

The Catalans are hoping to strengthen their squad for competitions for the coming season after a series of questionable performances on the last few campaigns.

Their record in Europe in the last few seasons have been below average as they have failed to go beyond the quarterfinals of the Champions League since they last won the title in 2015.
