And from our findings, we learnt that these children wear clothes they find in the dustbin and live by means of collecting metal in the streets.

We have intensified efforts to amplify the plight of these children through our video series on Legit TV, and some of these kids have eventually found help. But we cannot do it alone.

Hence, we sort the assistance of former Super Eagles star and current Kwara United goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba.

Aiyenugba in a short video, urged his fans and many more people out there to support Legit.ng's charity's initiative by donating to get these children out of the streets, via our Patreon programme.

Sitting in the comfort of his car, Aiyenugba in his video said: "The living conditions of some children in Calabar has been brought to my attention.

"These children wear clothes which they find in the dustbin and live by collecting metals in the streets.

"We need to get these children out of the streets and that's why I support Legit.ng's 'Help children of Calabar' campaign.

"Let's donate to get these children out of the streets. Go to www.patreon.com/legit to help. Thank you."

Just like Aiyenugba rightly mentioned, Legit.ng will need your help in a form of donations on a regular basis to drive our Calabar Children charity initiative and make life comfortable for these struggling kids of circumstance.
