The said inscription on the placard read:

“Nigeria police please allow the law to dictate to you, not Iyabo Ojo, Princess and co. Please release Baba Ijesha.
"Iyabo Ojo and Princess promised to kill Baba Ijesha if released on bail in this era?”

The actress’ lawyers also made it clear that Ojo categorically denied making any of the statements which were displayed on the placards.

"Our client, therefore, deny making such a statement to kill Mr Olanrewaju Omiyinka alias Baba Ijesha nor to unlawfully interfere with statutory responsibilities of the Nigeria Police Force."

Fabiyi has been ordered to retract the defamatory statements made against the actress and desist from following a similar course of action in future.

The actor has also been demanded to pay the sum of N100 million in damages to the Nollywood actress.
