Nigerian star who recently helped his club gain Premier League promotion spotted with legendary Elton John

William Troost-Ekong must be feeling legendary after meeting with English singer and songwriter Sir Elton John.

The music icon had come to the Vicarage Road to watch the Hornets beat Swansea 2-0 in their last game of the 2020-21 league season on Saturday, May 8

And the Super Eagles centre-back was full of smiles while posing for a picture with the legend who visited them in the dressing room after the game.

While posting the picture on his official Instagram page with over 139k followers, the former Serie A star said 'with the legend Sir Elton'.

The Netherlands-born defender joined the Hornets from the Italian club side Udinese on a five-year deal but for an undisclosed fee.

He has since then made 33 appearances for the Vicarage Road Stadium outfit - scoring one goal in the process (against Coventry City on November 7.
