English Premier League giants Manchester City have confirmed the signing of Brazilian sensation Kayky who currently plays for local club Fluminense.

Reports have it that both clubs have sealed agreement on a fee of €10million plus add-ons back in February already.

The 17-year-old, who has been described as the 'New Neymar', will remain at Fluminense for the rest of the Brazilian Serie A season.

Kayky has contributed with two goals and one assist in nine appearances for the Fluminense first team this campaign.

On the other hand, Liverpool have reportedly agreed a five-year deal with RB Leipzig’s Ibrahima Konate who has been heavily linked with Manchester United.

The Reds are almost through with a £31million swoop for the defender.

Liverpool have been on the trail of the 21-year-old for some time now as they make efforts in avoiding problems they faced this season when it comes to injuries.

Injury crisis left rocked Jurgen Klopp’s side this campaign with no fit senior centre-halves.

It is believed that discussions with Konate’s representatives have reached advanced stage and now it appears the player will be joining this summer.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also keen on the France under-21 defender as he seeks a long-term centre-back partner for skipper Harry Maguire.

But United look set for disappointment, according to the latest reports.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are reportedly interested in Palmeiras midfielder Gabriel Menino who is the major summer transfer target for Spanish club Atletico Madrid.

The 20-year-old is already on the radar of Atletico, but the Blues are now desperate to sign the player. Chelsea progressed to the quarterfinals of this season's Champions League following their 3-0 aggregate win over Atletico Madrid.

Simeone says it is now time for the team to 'balance their accounts' in order to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.

They are targeting Menino who is said to have been valued at between £13-£18million by the La Liga leaders.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Memphis Depay has reportedly emerged as a top transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona this summer.

The former Manchester United has earlier been linked with a move to Camp Nou shortly after the appointment of Ronald Koeman last summer.

But the financial crisis caused by the deadly coronavirus forced the Catalans to abandon the move after failing to reach an agreement with Olympique Lyon.
