Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho has decried comments by his Manchester United counterpart after their 3-1 loss at home in the Premier League.

Mourinho seems unhappy with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who said Heung-Min Son had conned the referee to disallow United’s opener in their entertaining game on Sunday, April 11.

Cavani thought he had opened the scoring in the encounter, but a build up to that strike had seen Son go down the turf, with VAR calling the attention of the referee.

Replays shows the South Korean star being caught by the stray arm of Scott McTominay before Edinson Cavani scored, and subsequently, the goal was disallowed.

Solskjaer said via Sky Sports:

"I have to say, if my son stays down like this for three minutes and gets 10 of his mates around him… if he gets that in the face from one of his other mates and he needs 10 of his mates to help him up, he won't get any food."

But speaking in his own post-match press conference, an angry Mourinho responded:

"Let me tell you something. I am very, very surprised that after the comments that Ole made on Sonny, you don't ask me
"And I told Ole already this, because I met him just a few minutes ago. If it's me, telling that player A B or C from another club, 'If it was my son I wouldn't give him dinner tonight,' or something like that, what would be the reaction?
"I just want to say, Sonny is very lucky that his father is a better person than Ole, because I think a father - I am a father - you have to always feed your kids, it doesn't matter what they do."

Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho was on target twice for Leicester City in their 3-2 Premier League defeat to West Ham United at the London Stadium.

The 24-year-old has now scored six goals in his last five EPL games for the Foxes while his tally in all competitions so far stands at 14 goals and five assists.

Iheanacho grabbed his first goal of the game in the 70th minute through a stunning shot from the edge of the 18-yard box.
