Africa's richest man Dangote 'humbles' himself, speaks with his workers to motivate them, video goes viral

- A video showing the moment Aliko Dangote took time out to address his workers at the new fertilizer plant has surfaced online

A clip of Aliko Dangote addressing some workers has gone viral. According to a Twitter user, Omasoro Ali Ovie, the people in the video are employees working at his new fertiliser plant.

The tweep also said the meeting happened when the plant was running a production test run.

With facemasks on, the employees acknowledged Dangote's words as they swiftly returned to monitoring engine performance on their desktop computers.

Other higher members of staff were present, standing beside the billionaire businessman who wore a white shirt and what looks like black trousers.

As at the time of writing this report, the short video has been watched thousands of times on Twitter with people commending Dangote for speaking to his employees directly.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a young Nigerian man, Emmanuel Nduka, took to his LinkedIn page to say that he got a job as an engineer at Dangote Petroleum Refinery.

Just when one started to think he had hit it big, Nduka quickly said that it is yet to happen, telling people that it is a dream he hopes to achieve with God’s help.

The young man revealed he is only rehearsing how he would share the news when his dream finally becomes a reality.
