President Buhari to Chair Tinubu’s 69th Birthday Colloquium

In what will generate diverse reactions, Muhammadu Buhari will chair the colloquium to celebrate the 69th birthday of Bola Tinubu.

According to Punch, Buhari will preside virtually over the event which is being organised by the office of the vice-president, Yemi Osinbajo

The theme is, ‘Our Common Bond, Our Common Wealth: The Imperative Of National Cohesion For Growth And Prosperity’, PM news added,

The event, the 12th in the series of the Bola Tinubu Colloquium, will hold virtually on Monday, March 29, 2021.

Recall that there are still speculations on the ambition of Tinubu ahead of 2023 presidency. While many people believe that he deserves to have a shot at the presidency, others believe Buhari will not allow him emerge APC candidate.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that Senator Abu Ibrahim, a former Senate deputy minority chief whip and an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, has expressed certainty that Bola Ahmed Tinubu will make Nigeria a safe country for all citizens.

Ibrahim, during the inauguration of Bola Tinubu Support Organisation (BTSO), in Abuja, on Saturday, March 20, said that the APC national leader will achieve this if he is given the chance to become president.

The APC chieftain said having studied Tinubu for over two decades, he knows him well enough as a leader who is capable of developing and mentoring younger Nigerians for prominent positions in the nation's political space.
