A Nigerian man identified as Nwoke Agulu took to Twitter on Monday, March 22, to share how he got rewarded by his old schoolmate in secondary school.

Nwoke said when the friend sent him N20,000 and he asked him what for, the schoolmate revealed that it was a reward for all the times he 'lapped' him on the bus to and fro school for six years.

Many people have since engaged the man's tweet, saying his school friend is a person that appreciates helpers.

There were those who prayed for the man for his thoughtfulness, asking God to bless his thankful heart.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a Nigerian man with the name Tobi Marshal shared a very emotional story that would make anyone shed some tears.

He said when he was in high school and lost his dad, his friend was there for him while his mother struggled to pay his fees.

On days that he could not get food to school, Tobi’s friend always split his food money with him or bought him some meal so he did not go hungry.
