A woman with the Twitter handle @mollls has caused a massive stir on social media after she posted a snapshot of a London apartment on the platform.

The woman said that the house goes for £800 (N424,098) on a monthly rent. While some parts of the house could not be seen, the room looks like a small self-contain apartment.

The apartment both serves as the bedroom and kitchen with the bed frame very close to the washing hand basin and cabinet.

An adjacent door that appears slightly ajar seems to be where the bathroom and toilet are. Many tweeps have since reacted massively to the post.

While some just could not believe how the relatively small room would be that much to live in, others shared photos of similar expensive rents.

A check of the photo on Google led us to a room service company called Katherine Apartments. While the apartment read sold out, we could not at the time of writing this report confirm the price.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a man with the Twitter handle @THE_INKSOMNIA has caused a massive stir on the platform after he shared two photos of a N700,000 apartment in Ibadan, Oyo state.

He said that the three bedroom apartment with supposed modern facilities is located in Bodija, a highbrow area in the city.

The man said when he checked the house out, he realised that the shower is made for those with very stunted height.
