Chelsea were forced to a 0-0 scoreline at Elland Road by newly-promoted Leeds United in a week 29 Premier League match.

The match showed a few flashes of promises but none of the teams could get the ball into the back of the net.

Leeds had a goal disallowed in the early stages of the first-half after Patrick Bamford was caught in an offside position before Tyler Roberts finished off his low cross.

Chelsea should have gone 1-0 up after a deflection by two Leeds defenders hit the cross-bar in the ninth minute.

The Blues were lucky not to have conceded after Robert forced a fine save from Edouard Mendy which came off the cross-bar.

The best chance of the match fell to Kai Havertz after the German created space for himself in the box but his resulting shot was saved by Illan Meslier in the second half.

Meslier also made a crucial save in the match from Antonio Rudiger's shot in the 75th minute and at the other end, James made a crucial block to keep the scoreline goalless.

Chelsea remain fourth on the table while Leeds are in 11th position with just one win out of six matches.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Wayne Bridge has revealed that former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho threw a wild bash for his players with Snoop Dogg being the guest of honour during their US tour, The Sun.

The former Blues left-back played at Stamford Bridge from 2003 to 2009 claimed that despite Mourinho's work ethic, the Portuguese gaffer also makes out time to have fun.

Bridge said:

"He was good for the lads.
"There were times we've had pre-seasons in America, and he's thrown a party.
"And when I say thrown a party, I mean Snoop Dogg's there; everyone's there.
"But you see how he treats some players and I think it's a bit harsh sometimes."
