Nigeria's ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to face a huge challenge as opposition political groups and some other stakeholders have regrouped to displace them in 2023.

The coalition which is under the aegis of the National Consultative Front (NCF) consists of eminent Nigerians.

To achieve this, the group has also inaugurated a merger committee to negotiate a possible merger with other existing political parties across the country.

The 22 member political merger committee is headed by Rt Hon Ghali Umar Na’aba, former speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Vanguard reports.
