A Nigerian man has stood up to his online bullies following their harsh comments to a photo of him and his dad he had shared on Twitter on Friday, February 19.

The man, @LaoluCarsell, in a celebratory mood had stated that his dad looked 40 even at age 71. Many had reacted that he should consider going for a DNA as he was nowhere in resemblance with his dad.

On Saturday, February 20, he put up emotional tweets to clap back at his internet bullies.

He said he felt bad to watch his dad who he holds in high esteem disrespected. @LaoluCarsell added that his father had looked after him and his siblings since his wife's demise 8 years ago.

@LaoluCarsell maintained that his dad was his biggest achievement and no bullying will take that away.

His tweet reads:

"I really don’t even know what to say. I was bullied today and I hated it. I posted a pic of my dad and I and everyone just felt they had a right to an opinion. Some were telling me to go do a dna test. Like is there any wisdom to that? I really hope he doesn’t see those tweets.
"He has been a father to 5 children without a wife for the last 8 years and he has been our backbone. He is the best person I know and to watch him being disrespected and insulted is one of the most heartbreaking things to ever happen to me.

"I’m his only son and last born and my biggest achievement yet is to be the son to such a great man. Y’all can go to hell."

@LaoluCarsell got huge support following his reaction to his trolls.
