Being a celebrity is sometimes a blessing when one considers the love and support they receive from fans all over the world.
It takes a great deal of love for one to care for a person they know only through their works or sighting them on TV screens.
A number of Nigerian celebs have been fortunate to have die-hard fans who would do anything to express their love for them.
Some of them go as far as getting a haircut of their favourite celebrity on their head, dressing up like them, attending all their shows or even getting a tattoo of their idols on their body.

It however does not go unnoticed that it is a jungle out there and some of these fans do these things so as to get the celebrity’s attention with the hope of getting monetary reward.
Today, Legit.ng has highlighted some Nigerian celebrities that fans honoured with tattoos. Some got rewarded while others got nothing.
1. Bobrisky:
Popular Nigerian crossdresser, Olanrewaju Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky, is one to show love to his fans especially if they can prove that they love him in return.
Just recently, the crossdresser splurged close to a million on a fan after she got a tattoo of his face on her back. This led to other fans toeing the same line just to get Bobrisky’s attention. Another Abidjan-based fan also got a tattoo of Bob’s full name on her thigh and she was rewarded with N1 million and promise of a Dubai trip.

2. Davido:
This DMW boss has always been known as a cheerful giver and it is no surprise that fans target him when it comes to hoping for rewards.
Just recently, a fan got a 30BG tattoo on his chest to pay homage to the singer’s A Better Time album. Davido recognised the fan by sharing the video on his own Instagram page. It is unclear whether any monetary reward was involved.
3. Wizkid:
A fan identified as CruiseKingEOG on Instagram got a tattoo of the Star Boy on his arm sometime in January 2021.
The young man shared the video of the body art on his Instagram page and Wizkid was there to show love. The singer dropped a heart emoji.

4. Naira Marley:
This popular Nigerian music star is greatly loved by fans and they are specially known as Marlians. Just recently, a lady called Mandykiss on Instagram got the singer’s face inked on her thigh.
Naira Marley sighted the video and rewarded her by doing a repost and also following her back on Instagram. This led to the fan shedding uncontrollable tears.
5. Burna Boy:
Grammy-nominated Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, is also another popular choice for tattoos by fans. Just recently, a video made the rounds of an unidentified female fan who got a tattoo of the African Giant on her chest. It was however unclear whether he was aware of the show of love and rewarded her for it.
