Some argued that his future his not bright with his current girlfriend, while others opined that he shouldn't be a judge as to the importance or worth of a gift because it wasn't his money that got him the gift.

@DanielRegha said:

"Normalise being grateful for every gift u receive instead being judgemental; The money spent wasn't urs. Someone gifting u expensive things !sn't a sign of love, what matters is the emotions behind such gifts.
"Abundance & prosperity begin with simple gratitude so be thankful."

@GodItrust101 argued:

"That my secondary school was renovated with recent technologies won't make me go back to secondary school. Inessence if she was better in the first place she won't be an ex.. use ur head ooo."

@NellyNelliey wrote:

"It's the thought that counts. Also, if you wanted a rich gf, you shoulda stuck with your ex. But then again, i'm guessing this didn't really happen and it's just a fun post. But if it's real, Amaka should dump your ungrateful a*ss, cause who comes to social media to shame his gf?"
