Chelsea star Antonio Rudiger has appeared to make a subtle dig towards former Blues gaffer Frank Lampard after praising new manager Thomas Tuchel who has gotten three wins in the Premier League.

Although Thomas Tuchel started his coaching career at Chelsea with a disappointing draw against Wolves, but the Blues recorded wins over Burnley, Tottenham and Sheffield United.

Frank Lampard was axed at Chelsea due to unimpressive performance by the Blues players before Thomas Tuchel was appointed at Stamford Bridge.

Before Lampard was fired, Antonio Rudiger was not getting regular games at the club and was even linked with a move away from the London side.

According to the report on Daily Mail, Antonio Rudiger explained that he is happy playing under Thomas Tuchel because he knows what he wants.

''The most important impression he's made is that he knows what he wants.

''He has his way of playing football, which is positive for many players. This is also reflected in the latest results This has been a good, positive start for him.

''At the end of the day you want to be on the pitch as a footballer.

''As a footballer, you can't be satisfied and you want more, you want to play so that's been a real positive for me. Tuchel wanted to bring me to PSG in the summer but otherwise we had not spoken.''

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Brazilian defender Thiago Silva who currently plays for Premier League giants Chelsea has stated clearly that he has a gadget in his house which is helping him to maintain his fitness.

Thiago Silva is no doubt one of the best defenders in the world considering his achievements over the years most especially when he was playing for Paris Saint-Germain.

Since joining Premier League side Chelsea from PSG, the 36-year-old has been impressive for the Blues in all competitions.

And as the Brazilian is gradually coming to the final years of his career, Thiago Silva explained according to the report on Daily Star that he has a machine which is helping him at home.
