Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Nigeria and Leicester City defensive midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has recounted how he hawked sachet water among several things to help his mum while growing up.

But none of the things he sold gave him fame more than groundnut and that was where he got the nickname 'groundnut boy'.

All those are in the past now as the Super Eagles superstar is living out his dream while playing for a Premier League club in the UK.

Legit.ng had earlier reported that Wilfred Ndidi was substituted during Leicester City's 1-1 draw with Everton at Goodison Park in a mid-week Premier League fixture, Goal.

The defensive midfielder was struggling with the game after getting a knock and was replaced by Papy Mendy.

Ndidi went under the knife in the early parts of the season and missed 12 weeks of action before returning back into the team in November.
