Real Madrid set to offload the superstar they signed for N20bn as replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo in 2018

- Vinicius Jr could be on his way out of Real Madrid this summer

Real Madrid are reportedly planning to offload Brazilian starlet Vinicius Junior in the summer following his poor performances in rrecent times.

The 20-year-old winger joined Los Blancos in a deal around €45 million in July 2018 from Flamengo with club president Florentino Perez eyeing him as one of his prized assets.

He now appears to have lost the status as they are already planning to sell him in a bid to take care of the financial burden caused by coronavirus.

SunSport quoting Madrid paper AS reports that the attacker might be playing his last season at the Santiago Bernabeu despite having a deal which expires in 2025.

Vinicius is definitely facing a difficult time at his present club as his display in October’s Champions League game at Borussia Monchengladbach the subject of a dressing room bust-up.

The Frenchman as reported by SunSport was caught on camera at half-time slamming his compatriot Ferland Mendy – seeming to instruct him not to pass to Vinicius. Benzema, in French to his Mendy, said:

“Don't play with him. On my mother's life, he [Vinicius] is playing against us.”

Meanwhile, Zinedine Zidane doesn't fancy the youngster as much any longer as he occassionally field the Brazilian since the turn of the year, with the starlet’s relationship with his boss souring this season.

Vinicius was reportedly looking through his phone rather than listening to Zidane’s team talk before Real’s last-16 Champions League clash at Manchester City in August.

Zidane was furious with this apparent disrespect after Vinicius was angered by being left on the bench in favour of the out-of-form Eden Hazard.

It has all led to a drastic fall from grace for Vinicius - once dubbed the new Neymar - at the Bernabeu and he may well be looking for pastures new in the summer.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Spanish midfielder Isco appears to be tired with his bench-warming role at Real Madrid and will reportedly leave probably in the summer.

The 28-year-old played no part in Los Blancos 2-1 defeat to Levante at the Santiago Bernabeu despite being included in the squad for the game.

His last straw was when Zinedine Zidane's assistant David Bettoni chose to young Sergio Arribas into the game while the scoreline was still at 1-1 instead of Isco.
