Another Real Madrid star demands to leave club to join Premier League side Man United

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos is reportedly ready to leave Los Blancos to join Premier League giants Man United, Mirror.

The Spain international has been linked with a move to French side Paris Saint-Germain but it is understood the center-back would fancy a move to England instead.

The 34-year-old's contract talks regarding a new deal with Real have failed to reach a satisfactory conclusion between both parties.

And Ramos is permitted to discuss with clubs outside of Spain to secure a pre-contract agreement – and his agent, brother Rene Ramos, is targeting England.

It is understood Ramos is not too keen about joining PSG and has already got offers from clubs in the Middle East but he turned them down because of his family.

There only a few clubs that can afford more than £200,000-a-week Ramos' for wages after rejecting a two-year deal and a 10per cent pay-cut.

Reports claim Man City or Liverpool would not be easy but Ramos' camp are expected to target Man United first.

Ramos would bring much-needed experience to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s defence and United will be keen on signing the ageing Spaniard after landing 33-year-old Edison Cavani last summer.

The controversial defender won five La Liga titles, four Champions Leagues, a World Cup and two European Championships in his glittering career.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Premier League club Manchester City have joined race to sign Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos who is yet to agree on a new deal with the Spanish giants.

The Citizens are weighing up a possible bid for the defender according to fresh reports from Spain as the 34-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season.

ESPN claim that City are already monitoring the player’s situation and as soon as there is a hint that the defender is leaving Los Blancos, they will make their move.
