Popular Nigeria disc jockey, Florence Otedola aka DJ Cuppy, has taken to social media to give fans an idea of the kind of wise words she often gets from billionaire father, Femi Otedola.

The entertainer in a post shared on her official Twitter page said that her father often reminds her that money cannot be taken along to the afterlife.

Cuppy’s tweet got a lot of fans and followers talking in her comment section.

A follower who seemed to agree with her father’s words wrote:

"@cuppymusic I'm glad that ur dad always reminds u that when one dies, his or her wealth stays behind; It's all vanity upon vanity. That's why u should use ur wealth to elevate people the best way u can. The money being spent on extravagant material things can help lots of people."

Another follower posed a question to the entertainer about how she has been able to use her wealth to impact the lives of those around her.

He wrote:

Back in 2019, DJ Cuppy revealed that her charity foundation raised over N5.1bn in funds. Cuppy held a gala to raise funds for her Cuppy Foundation to help less privileged children.

In a post shared on Instagram, DJ Cuppy noted that the gala was a success and gushed about it being the best birthday present.

Her father, Otedola, also made a donation of N5billion to the foundation.
