Actor Yul Edochie acknowledges Reno Omokri's special birthday message to him

Nigerian author Reno Omokri was among those who took out time to celebrate Nollywood’s Yul Edochie, after he clocked a new age on January 7.
However, weeks after putting put the glowing message, Edochie has only just acknowledged it and thanked the author.

In the message, Omokri noted that the actor is the best young president the country never had. He went on to describe him as a patriot and asset to the entire Black race.
Omokri also prayed for the actor to keep ahead in his career as an actor and a politician. His message read:
"Happy 39th birthday @YulEdochie, the best young President Nigeria has never had. I know of very few people whose love for Nigeria exceeds yours. You are a patriot and an asset to the Black Race. May you continue to shine in Nollywood and on the political stage. In Christ’s Name!"
Edochie while acknowledging the weeks-old message thanked Omokri and also prayed for him.

He wrote:
"I'm honoured Sir. Just seeing your birthday wish to me. Bless you sir. May God be with you always. Thank you."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that during the actor’s 39th birthday celebration, he made an unexpected announcement on his social media page.
The filmmaker declared his intention to run for president in 2023 and asked God for grace to pull him through.
"Happy 39th birthday to me. Last year l asked for wisdom, you gave it to me Lord. This year I ask for your grace oh Lord as I prepare to run for President of Nigeria in 2023. To bring real Peace, Unity & Progress. The youths deserve a chance to fix our Nation. So help us God. Amen!"
