Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Lionel Messi wants to finish career at Barcelona if Xavi Hernandez would help convince his former teammate, presidential candidate Victor Font believes, Goal.

Fonta is hoping his proposal could prevent Joan Laporta for returning to office as the club's chief administrator on January 24, 2020.

The winner of the election will have to focus on La Blaugrana's captain Lionel Messi who is yet to commit to a new contract at Camp Nou.
