The Nigerian movie industry has lost one of its fast-rising talents to the cold hands of death. The young man identified as David Mela reportedly passed away after battling an unknown sickness.

According to reports making the round on social media, Mela left the word during the late hours of Monday, January 11.

A visit to his Instagram page shows that the actor had not shared any post for about four weeks.

However, the comment section was filled with condolence messages from fans and his followers.

Similarly, a visit to Mela’s official Facebook page shows that his last post was shared on November 23, 2020. The deceased in the post had disclosed that he went through hell but is still standing tall.
