Love is indeed a beautiful thing and it gets even more interesting when couples celebrate years of being married to one another.
Such is the case of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state and his darling wife, Nkechi, whose marriage clocked 29 on Tuesday, December 29.
The governor recently took to his official page on Twitter to share how the celebration of the anniversary went down in his home.
According to Ikpeazu, his wife and children managed to organize a surprise old-school themed party to celebrate their love.
Members of the family were all donned in old-school outfits and the governor disclosed that he had to quickly pull out something from his wardrobe after getting home and seeing the surprise party which had been organized.
The governor said that he decided to rock a Sikh outfit which was produced in Aba. He went on to encourage fellow citizens to patronize the works of Nigerians youths in other to grown the naira and economy.
"Yesterday, I was ambushed by my wife & children who organized a surprise 29th wedding anniversary event wearing old skool attires. Not to be caught offside, I decided to dig into my wardrobe to find this made in Aba Sikh attire gifted me by one of our designers."
