Marcus Rashford seems to be learning new ideas since the arrival of summer signing Edinson Cavani to Manchester United as the youngster claims the experienced Uruguayan has added another dimension in attack.
Cavani joined the Red Devils in October after he left French club Paris Saint-Germain, having decided not to renew his contract with the Ligue 1 club.
And according to Rashford, the former Napoli of Italy goal-poacher has brought something different to the Premier League club’s attack after he set up Bruno Fernandes’ awesome finish in their 2-2 draw with Leicester City on December 26.
Rashford told MUTV, as cited in SunSport:
"He's a top player, he has lots of qualities and I think he gives us another dimension that's different to what we already have in the team."
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was earlier criticised for bringing in such a player as Cavani, but the veteran has proved them wrong as he started on a flying note with three goals and two assists.
Also, club legend Paul Scholes has showered praises on Bruno Fernandes for his contributions since his arrival in January 2020.
Fernandes had a hand in his side's two goals after scoring one and assisting the other while they remain five points behind league leaders Liverpool who also dropped points at Anfield vs West Brom.
The Portuguese now has 14 goals and seven assists in 22 appearances across competitions for the Old Trafford outfit so far this campaign - a tally that will definitely go up before the end of the season barring any unforeseen circumstances.
