Big Brother Naija 2019 winner and entrepreneur, Mercy Eke, recently slammed rumour mongers who claimed that she had contracted coronavirus.
According to the post she shared on Twitter, she could not fathom how people would be so wicked and blinded by jealousy to the point of always trying to tarnish her image.
The reality star further said that contracting COVID-19 was not a death sentence, and a hospital already confirmed her negative.
"I can’t even fathom how people will be so wicked and blinded by hatred and jealousy to always try to tarnish my image , I don’t have #COVID and COVID is not a death sentence like y’all are making it look” @VedicLifecare confirmed me negative lets spreed love."
Mercy also noted that if she ever tested positive for coronavirus, she would tell her fans herself. She conclusively urged people to spread positivity in 2021.
"If I have #Covid I will be the one to tell y’all, as we approach 2021 let’s be more positive Folded hands merry Christmas and a happy positive new year. Love y’all."
