Nigerian politician, Femi Fani-Kayode, recently took to Twitter to reveal that broke men would not have it easy with the Kanyamata, bone straight and ripped jeans era of women.

According to his tweet, any man who does not give his lady at least N2 million to spend on herself for Christmas is in trouble.

FFK further said the N2m was outside the traditional Christmas gifts the man would still have to buy and present to her himself.

He wrote:

"In this era of "kanyamata", "bone straight" &"rip jeans" any man that doesn't give his lady at least 2 million naira to buy HERSELF goodies for Christmas is in trouble. That is 2 million cash OUTSIDE of the traditional Christmas gifts he has to go &buy himself &present to her!"

The politician's tweet generated different replies from people on the app.

Meanwhile, earlier reported that Fani-Kayode took to social media to address rumours regarding his love life.

The former aviation minister explained in his social media post that the claims were false.

According to him, one Halima Yusuf was named as his fiancée by the rumour mongers.

FFK explained that the young lady was just a dear friend and confidante to him who he holds in high regard.
