Moses has had his struggles with settling down at Chelsea since the departure of Antonio Conte in 2017.

The 30-year-old played for Fenerbache and Inter Milan on loan last season but joined Russian outfit Lokomotiv this summer.

He has played nine matches so far and scored one goal this season after being told by Frank Lampard he was surplus to requirements.

Moses is one of the few Nigerians that has won laurels with club and country including the Europa League, Premier League and AFCON 2013.

The Edo state native represented Nigeria at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and the 2018 edition in Russia before calling it quits with international football.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported Victor Moses made an anonymous donation to his former club Wigan Athletic where he played between 2010 and 2012 in a bid to assist the club which is currently rocked in financial crisis.

The Wigan Athletic Supporters Club opened a crowdfunding channel online seeking about £750,000 to help the club from further crisis having recently relegated from the Championship to League One.

Although the former Nigerian international made an anonymous donation to the cause, the fundraisers wanted to make sure the Chelsea winger get his deserved recognition.

Legit.ng also reported that Victor Moses' chances of joining Spartak Moscow on a permanent basis may have been jeopardised as the club's manager Domenico Tedesco casts doubt on the future of the player at the Otkrytie Arena.

The former Super Eagles winger joined the Russian side in the summer on a season-long loan deal in his sixth temporary move away from Stamford Bridge since his arrival from Wigan in 2012.

However, reports from the Russian club reveals that Moses might be returning to Chelsea at the end of the season as his manager seems unimpressed with his performances so far.
