The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, recently celebrated on social media as he marked his 5th year coronation anniversary.
In a post which he shared via his official Facebook page, the king attended a thanksgiving service in church with his queen, Olori Naomi, and their baby boy.
Oba Adeyeye gave glory to God who had brought him that far on the throne of his ancestors.
He also mentioned that the church, St Paul’s Anglican Church, Ayegbaju, Ile-Ife, where the thanksgiving service was held, is the root church of his family.

The service also rounded up the activities of the celebration.
"With all glory to the most high for bringing me thus far on the throne of my forebears. I was in attendance at the root church of my family, St Paul’s Anglican Church, Ayegbaju, Ile-Ife today to give thanks to the almighty and round up activities celebrating my 5 years on the throne."
Followers and well-wishers of the king took to the comment section to congratulate and pray for him.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that it was a massive celebration at the palace as the Ooni of Ife finally received his newborn son, Prince Tadenikawo Aderemi Ogunwusi.
In the video, the king was seen placing his hands on the sleeping prince as people around them danced and sang.
